THRIVE Strategic Planning Certification

THRIVE is a training program that guides small nonprofits in the creation of a strategic plan that leads to transformations across fundraising, engagement, and operations.

Using the CAPE Cycle, a data-driven approach to the strategic process, organizations learn to view planning as a cycle and not a one-time event.

THRIVE participants receive access to Causey, a specialized strategic planning software specifically designed for  nonprofits. In this software, the team captures their strategic plan and update, measure, and communicate progress toward goals on a regular basis.
